Prairieville, a town in Milwaukee county embracing the surveyed township six in range nineteen. It contains some excellent prairie lands but is mostly covered with scattered oaks. The Pishtaka runs through it from north to south and it is further watered by numerous branches of that stream. The village of Prairieville is near the north line of the town.
