Shunakee Lake (see North Lake) One of the Oconomowoc group of Lakes in Milwaukee county, lying north of Pine Lake, about one and a half miles long and one mile wide.

Silver Lake, a [circular] ovate lake about half a mile in diamter, three miles west of Twin Lakes in Milwaukee county.

Sinipee, a town on the Mississippi in Grant county near the north line of town one, the western termination of the United States road from Racine 150 m. This town stands on the edge of the water, which is deep near shore, affording a convenient landing for the largest steamboats. Large quantities of lead and copper are hauled here for shipment.
