Spring Prairie, a town in Walworth county embracing the surveyed town three in Ranges seventeen and eighteen. In 1838 it had a population of two hundred and forty seven, In 1840-531- in 1842 of 765. Sugar Creek runs through the north part of the town- the southern part is mostly prairie land, the prairie being called Spring Prairie. The United States road from Racine to the Mississippi, passes through the north part of this town.

Springfield- the name of a post office in Milwaukee county near Mequanigo.

Stockbridge- P.O. a village on the Indian reservation on the east side of Lake Winnebago on the United States road.
