Yellow Banks a place on Wisconsin at a sudden bend just below Plover P.

Yellow Lake, a lake on Yellow river, the lower of a series on that stream.

Yellow river, a branch of the St. Croix tiver thirty five miles above Snake river and thirteen miles below the Forks; entering from the east. It originates in Mud Lake, below which are Naseaux, Rice Lake, and Yellow Lake.

Yorkville, P.O. a town in Racine county eleven miles long from north to south and nine miles wide, lying on the north side of the country between Caledonia and Rochester. It is mostly prairie, embracing nearly the whole of the south fork or branch of Root river, and a part of Wind Lake.
