Preston } Spring for several days cleaning it out Not done yet

weakness & debility that has been attending me for a week or

Mon 7. } I went to Town There was a greate many Citisens in Town
The Authorities (Fedrel) is taking up many Citisens for disputes
amongs the Negroes they are fining them for there quarrels
some as high as a $100.00 I recollect they do as they please
