The morning is Clear The Wind is in the West. The boys
are working replanting, plowing &c All done planting except
[Left: Work &c]
Caleb he is about half done he has 2 mules now & is getting
along some better but could not make the black Mare work yesterday
[Left: Self Town]
I was some more unwell having the cramp several times last night
took too much exercise last eveng I feel some better today
I have not been in Town for a long time. We sent 2½ bushels
[Left: Meal]
of Corn to the Steam Mill at the pawn today it makes verry
pretty Meal. This is the first I have got at that Mill. The
last bag of Meal we got was the 3d May it has lasted about the
[Left: Mag]
usual number of days (12) Mag has not got home yet.

The morning is clear The Wind is from the N. W. & a little
cool, remarkable dry, the Wind has dryed the ground verry
much want rain

George & Preston are stocking their bull tongue plows There
[Left: Richd]
crop is looking verry well Richd is runing round his Corn
[Left: Jack]
Jack is replanting his Corn. Caleb is yet planting, & I dont
[Left: Caleb & Wash]
know anything about Wash he dont never tell me. Mag got home
today about 3 in the evening with George Stanfod with her who
[Left: Mag]
waked on to Town. She left Jacks Sunday stayed that night (her
& her Mother) at Langley Went on to Lawrence next day She gives
a history of her travel there & back her sick Mare & broken
down Bugga & the mending of it &c &c &c
