Sold Land) When in Town the 4th Inst (Tuesday) I made a contract &
Sale with Timmons the sale of my Cedar land, to meet yes-
terday in Town, Monday, to close it up Make titles &c I
Gallaway discovered an uneasiness at the time with William Gallaway at
the time I was contracting with Timmons, who went off with
Timmons Gallaway to the North side of the river I learn that Timmons
is off with the trade & I have not the least doubt but Gallaway
has interfeared & broke it up I suppose he has got Timmons
Gallaway money some way. I will see about this matter hereafter.
Gallaway is a dog nothing too mean for him to do or be ingaged
in to make money No gentiman or honour about him, & Timmons
is equally as big as a dog in everry way as Gallaway.
