Sun 13 The morning is clear & calm My health is I think improving
Self I am living upon a verry light diet eating for my breakfast &
supper bread & milk & some times a Cup of Tea, & a little soop
& a Glass of Milk for dinner I have been living this way for
over a week & nearly two weeks. My head is gitting well I
have some fever every day & a head ake in the evenings tho I
