South of the Town & Just out of the corperation & there hung
until he was dead he hung there (near to the Fulaski pike)
until this morning & then carried & kept in the Market house
all day. This man killed a man near Frouce's 3 or 4 days ago
and robed him The murdered young man was named Beckwell, he
was living in Columbia with his father & family
