Sat 9 The morning is clear calm & cool William did not git home

Thomas ) Thos had another down with botts getting well & his Mare has
got out of the lott Thursday last & don't know where is gone.
It has been raining all week so that there is but little done
all over the place & when Saturday comes all hands is no
account. I told Plim & Charley to leave, or go to work.
A man came in at dinner time & eat his dinner he has books of
