All hands seems to have finished there Crops plowing Plim &

layed bye ) Charley finished our Cotton this morning Georg & Preston also

to day got done there Crops. All have beautiful Crops of Cotton

& Corn &c they have worked this Summer better than usual.

Sat 15 The morning is clear & cool I let Puss have $2.30 to go to

Puss Town & buy some things for Lorra (a hat & Clary a bonnet)

Cole Oil I got 1/2 Gal. Cole Oil

Thos & F. Thomas & Fanna & children got home at 1 oclock Willa is

better has missed his chills for several days Went this evening
