Tu 17 The morning is dark & cloudy The Wind during the night has
changed to the North & is turned verry cold
William William left this morning for Mt Pleasant B. B. & Hampshire
and Thomas with Jack Patton went after his shingles with the
Thomas ) Wagon & Team across & up the river. Plim got $1.00 cash
Jack (
Plim ) Charged on Act. Book It cleared off at 12 & turned cold
The Wind shifted every way Mostly from the North.

Wed 18 ) but is shifting a little every way. Thomas & William neither
got home last night. It is all we can do to feed keep fires
&c Thomas got back with a Wagon load of shingles

to Town
