Fr 15 The morning is dark cloudy & raining It commenced rain
Rain yesterday at 4 oclock & has rained ever since The Snow
Wright has mostly melted. Richard Wright stayed with us last night

Sat 16 The morning is dark & cloudy I give Puss $2.00 Charged on
George P Act. Jim went to Mill & George finished painting wagons
Richd halled me & himself a load of Corn put in the Crib

1869 ) The morning is partially cloudy the ground has thawed & verry

Sun 17 ) muddy and quite cold. I stood my trup to Nashville better
Self than I expected I came home a little more fatigued than usual,
got home yesterday was a week. I have been much pestered with
boils & a rupture of my hand & neck all last week has threw
me in to fevers every night My stomach has been a good deal
inflamed Cant take anything warm if I do it sets me to
sneesing & throws me in to excitement & effects my nerves.
I feel better this morning
