W. J. Webster cam home from Lebanon this morning looking in

fine health, he Graduated & got his Diploma, & Licence, to

plead Law at the Law School at Lebanon, now ready for business

If he has his health he will be apt to do well. I hope so

indeed he went this evening to B. B.

H M ) I have mailed a letter to H. M. Watterson at Washington, D. C.
Watterson (
Claim Agt. ) Informing him the nature of My Government Claims, in answer

to his letter of the 23 Inst to me.

Sun 31 The morning quite cold calm & heavy frost. my General

health for the last week is about like it was the week before,

the ruptures on my neck & back & sholder is pestering me of

a night I think there is not so much fever as was. My Nervis

Sistom is verry much iritated. I cant wright but little.

Preston ( we have dug over 1/3 of the patch & have got about 3 bushels

& Jim ( of the Neshanocks the hogs have rooted up every hill All we

Potatoes ( have been able to get was a few they mist They hogs has got

over 150 bushels & eat them up. I could not well help it.
