I have not been able to go out & see about it I have not been
in the patch since in Augt, until to day, all rooted up
The boys did not git more potatoes than would pay them for
diging them they worked one half day each (got 1/3 done diging)

They are to cut & cord up all the wood we may use for me &
them selves I am to get one half the cords halled to me
for my fires & they the other half for there fires. They
are to cut up the trees or logs all off it when they commence
