on 2 April) My little year old Colt that John Mule broke its thigh on the
2d Inst is still livign & it may git well it eats harty but
it has fallen off so much I fear it wont git over it Got it
out of the stable in the back yard where it has been ever
since it got hurt this is 23 days since it got its thigh broke
it is brok Just above the Stifle Joint. It is in the bay Dan Rice's
Mare's Colt, and is a fine filly Colt
