the plank fence, finished to day Upon this settlement George
owes me $1.00 and Jack owes $0.60 Cents. If George & Jack owes
any others they got to help them, they are to pay it.

The above is a plank fence including in a front yard the Shop
George H house (& the gate in to the field near the Garden) I
hope this will keep the Stock off my yard & front gate they
have anoyed me times out of measure 40 or 50 head of Cattle
& 20 head of horses at times has been lying at my yard Gate
every night until they have made it quite filthy & disagreable &
there is no hearing what has been going on for the balling of
the Cows & Calves It has been verry anoying to me particularly
when I have not been so well.
