On motion the Fire & Water Committee is authorized to purchase four Play pipes for the Fire Department. Ordinances An ordinance is submitted by the city Attorney entitled "An ordinance to Amend Secs 1 & 2 of Ord No 154 entitled an Ordinance to prevent animals from running at large and from wearing bells within certain limits
