A good day. Ben went to John Hutchersons with George Hutcherson to work on his auto. Ben come home to dinner. Josie staid at home all day. Henry and Edna and I went to Marvins. Kate and Irvin was there.

Marvin was not well to day. Hope that he may soon be well a gain.

A cloudy day. Ben has bin complaining all day.

Mr Owen and Marvin and William Gilbert killed two hogs for Ben this evening.

Josie got dinner. I cleaned up the smoke house then I took he fat off the intrils and cleaned the feet of the hogs.

Ben carried Miss Janie home and got Mr Jim Emersons tining tools. He wants to cover Owens house soon.

Henry and Edna went to school to day. Floyd Reynolds come by here this evening and got a few eggs. He was on his bycicle. I feel like I know he broke them.

A cloudy bad day. Jim and Ben spent the day walking around. Jim went home this evening. Henry Blair carried him to Gretna. Josie walked over to Kate Harveys this evening for Virginias [calf? cap?]. I staid with Franklin.

Henry and Edna went to Marvins a while this evening.

A clear colde day

Ben and Owen hauled some feed and wood this morning. This evening Owen went to Strait Stone and Cedar Forest. Ben went to Lee Brumfields after some lumber. I sowed some. Josie got dinner. Finished the edge on Ednas petticoat.

Some of Lees folks is mighty sick.

A cold windy day. Ben went to Glenland this morning to the meeting of the School Board. This evening he worked on Owens house. Jim Brumfield helped him today on the house. Josie and Virginia made some candy today. They got dinner. I worked some button holes in Hazel Smith's dresses and mended some things. Late this evening Edna and I went to Carries.

Virginia is here tonight.

Alma Bennett sent me a present today, a dress ready to wear. I am glad of it.

10 oclock and the wind is blowing hard and it is very cold.
