19 Last night a Dreadfull night Rained Thundered & Lightened & freezed, Trees hang=ing with Icicles this morning, striping Tobacco, broke off in the night & quite clear & weather moderate

15th Working on Our Road this morning Digging Irish potatoes & beeting Peaches working oat garden & drying fruit about this time 16th Meeting at S. S. M

26 Succoring Tobacco & Sent to mill in the evening began to Pull fodder in big field

27th Pulling fodder in big field yesterday lent Mr. Crews Lady Jane to go to Mill

22nd Hilling up same & Halling leaves to stable —

23rd Started to Milton with F. White to School this day. got there 24 & Returned home 25th July 1846 Started the Oats & worked out our Tobacco while I was done alse choped some in corn

27 Monday Toping Tobacco choping Corn etc

28 getting & Beeting apples, at night Rained hard ground quite wet
