A beautiful day. The boys replanted tobacco and sowed peas. Lizzie got dinner. She had potatoes and peas for dinner. Alma sowed some. I mended two shirts for the boys. I cut some clover for Lizzies cows. I had rather do something like that than set all the time.

Alma had a note from John this morning. He will not be at home Sunday.

Oh how bad I want to know a bout them at home. Want to see them all at home and of the rest of them.

Ben & Jim and Julia & I went to Strait Stone to the show to night. There was a big crowd. It was good of its kind.
