Rain this morning. Clear and very colde this evening. Ben & Josie went to Cedar Forest this morning. We all went to Strait Stone this evening except Jim. He staid at home all day. A Mr Upshaw lectured this evening to a large crowd. His talk was fine I thought.

There was a lot of people there that I know but I did not speak to many of them.

Today was Jim Brumfield birth day. Josie had a cake filled with pine apple. It is fine.
