Replying to your memorandum of the 8th. inst, we have ascertained the aboriginal meaning of the word Koolamara is "CATCH BEAR". This is the language of the "Wokka Wokka" tribe of the South Burnett. The names you required are the following -

Rolling Water - GOONG GOON DARNENDI. Waves - JOON WOLLEN DERE. White Sand - BUN YURRAM. Sand Hills - YURRAM BURRUM. Watering Place - GOONG GERR JOW.
