Re Meaning Words "Nyora" and "Coongoon" - Your Ref.1A/230
I regret that I am unable to obtain any information here as to the interpretation of the word "Nyora" sought in your communication of the 25th March.
I have ascertained that the word "Coongoon" means "Good Looking".

Mr. L.G. Wright is the owner of a property in the Roma district called "Coongoon" and he has written to this Office requesting the meaning of the aboriginal definition of the word and it would be appreciated if you would make enquiries and advise.
