On the 17th December last you were asked to advise the English meaning of the undermentioned words but up to the present your advice has not been received -

Enquiry has been made to this Office for an aboriginal word meaning as under -
(1) Where the rainbow ends or the end of the rainbow. (2) Where the sun shines, or sun is shining. (3) Taringa.
The first two words are required for the naming of a house but the third is only an enquiry of local interest as the enquirer is living in the Taringa area.
It would be appreciated if you would enquire from the Cherbourg natives and advise.
