The report of the Committee on class tickets was read and adopted.

The report of the Committee on the costume for the degree of B.Sc. was adopted and in accordance with it the Senate resolved that the hood for Bachelor of Science shall be black, lined with light blue and bordered with white.

A Meeting of the Trustees of the Ladies Medical College was held on the 24th of March 1884.
Present Mr. and Mrs. Harty, R.V Rogers, E.J.B Pense, H. Folger, Mrs. Dickson, Mrs. Britton and Miss Gildersleeve and the Registrar.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
The Registrar notified the Board that the Trustees of Queen's University had agreed to grant the same terms to the Ladies Medical College as are accorded to the Royal Collegeas regards Graduation, Registration &c.
The Graduates' letter was read re Scholarships, asking the Board to apply the amount of the Scholarship for this year to be invested in appliances for the teaching of Obstetrics. Resolved that the Board gratefully accepts the handsome offering of the proceeds of the Kingston Ladies College Scholarship for the present Session, and will apply the same as desired in the purchase of additional apparatus.
Moved by R.V Rogers and seconded by Mr. Pense that the question of the amount of salary to be paid Dr. Fenwick and Demonstrators of Anatomy be left to the Dean and Vice Chairman.

A Meeting of the Trustees was held immediately after annual meeting of 22 April 1892
Mr Rogers was appointed Chairman, Mr Pense Vice Chairman, & Dr Knight Secretary.
Dr Sullivan's letter of resignation as Dean of Faculty was read.
A Petition from the Professors & Students requesting appointment of Dr TM Fenwick was read.
Resolved that Dr Sullivan be appointed Honorary President & Emeritus Professor of Surgery and Dr TM Fenwick be appointed Dean of Faculty. It was agreed to request the Faculty to make recommendations to the Trustees regarding appointments to vacancies on the staff.
It was agreed that lady students taking the classes of Pathology & Histology at the Royal College pay their fees for their subjects to the lecturers.
Resolved that the Dean, Dr Knight & the Chairman be a Committee to superintend the issue of the Calendar for 1892/93
Resolved that the Chairman, Dr Knight, Mrs Dickson & Miss Gildersleeve be a committee to submit scheme of endowment of Scholarship to various Womens Missionary societies
It was agreed that the financial Statement be referred to a sub Committee of Miss Gildersleeve, Mrs Pense, & Dr Knight. The meeting then adjourned.
