The Third Annual meeting of the Subscribers of the Womens Medical College was held on Thursday the 3d December 1885 at 3 o'Clock PM in the City Council Chambers, and was adjourned till the following Thursday the 10th December at the same hour and place when the following subscribers were present. Sir RJ Cartwright., Wm Harty, Jos Bauden, RV Rogers Jr, BW Robertson, AP Knight, Mrs Dickson, and others

The minutes of the last Annual meeting were read approved and signed.

The Treasurers Statement of Receipts and Disbursements showing a balance of $317.74 was read and adopted.

A Ballot was taken for the Election of Trustees, and the Scrutineers found that the Board of Trustees for the last year were unanimously reelected. AP Knight and A McArthur were the Scrutineers. The meeting was then adjourend.
