N.B. Old George & his Family of 13, were purchased from Mr Hunt of Santee River at $800. Truly fine family & well worth that, but Cholera took nearly all off!

Total Negroes at East Hermitage = 61 Prime Hands [at East Hermitage ] = 28 Half Hands [at East Hermitage ] = 11 or = 5½ Total Prime hands [at East Hermitage ] = 33½ At Gowrie, Prime, equal 26½ The lowest Calculation, Total P = 60 and Total Negroes, on both places = 111

Born since last April Amey's Brister & gave blanket. Died January 30th 1855
