being marked and numbered as in the margin, and are to be delivered in the like order and condition, at the Port of Sacramento City (the dangers of the seas & fire only excepted,) unto Mr John N Ryerson or to his assigns, he or they paying freight for the said Goods

One Dollar & ten cents p foot

with 5% primage and average accustomed. IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Master or Purser of the said vessel hath affirmed to 4 Bills of Lading, all of this tenor and date; one of which being accomplished, the others to stand void.
