A cool windy day.

Ben helped Marvin work on his barn. William Gilbert cut wood for Ben.

Josie washed.

I got dinner and staid with the children.

This evening Josie quilted I went to George Blairs. Denia was at home by her self. Isla and Cordia had gone to Wren Worshams. Nettie was at school. Nettie Blair and Bulah Brumfield and Virginia Harvey all went to Willie Mayhews this evening from school.

Some rain to day not enough to stop work. Ben helped Marvin Smith cover his barn. Mr Owen plowed.

Josie got dinner and colored some eggs for the children and made some bats for her quilt.

Carrie and the children was here a while this evening. The children had a time hunting eggs. I sowed a few seed in the garden to day.

Eleven oclock by the new time.

A good warm day.

Ben went to Cedar Forest brough the things that Mrs Carr gave them.

Bought roofing for the barn. Got home about 2 oclock.

Josie done a big washin. I got dinner.

Josie and Edna and Franklin went to Carries this evening. Earnest Lovelace come to Carries this morning to work.

Mrs Carr has a head ache to night.

A cloudy day and a little rain. Ben and Marvin worked on the barn. Mr Owens hauled wood. Josie and I ironed some and got dinner. This evening I went to see Carrie a little while. Mollie and Kate Reynolds come there a while.

Tonight Ben and Josie and Henry and Edna has gone to Strait Stone to see a moving picture show.

Mrs Carr went with them and will go home I guess. I am uneasy a bout them a fraid the roads is so rough that they will get stalled. Franklin is sick to night. I certainly do hope that he may soon get well.

A cloudy day and some rain. Ben and Marvin finished covering the barn. Owen hauled some wood.

Josie got dinner.

Mrs Bailiss and Melvin come while we were at dinner. Mrs Dews and Mrs Owen went to see their sister Mrs Short to day.

Lee Brumfield called here to night and ask Ben to haul him a load of brick. I think he will haul it but he don't like to a bit.

Franklin is better to night.
