Seattle Sept 17th 1889 To The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Seattle Gentlemen Your committee on License and Revenue to whom was referred a petition of Chas Keil for a rebate on his liquor license. he having surrendered the same. beg to report that he is entitled to a rebate for one quarter. there being yet over that time to run on his license and we therefor recommend that the Treasurer pay him the sum of one hundred and thirty five dollars Respectfully submitted D.E.
