Thereupon the following proceedings are had: And now the Street committee recommend that adoption of the remonstrance of James Mc Naught et al-v-Cherry Street Grade Adopted And now the Street Comtee recommended that grading of 5th Street from Union to Vine Adopted & Attorney instructed to submit an Ordinance therefor. Ordered taht a Contract be executed between the City & owners of property on Columbia Street between Front Street and the alley between Front & 2d for the grading of said portion of Columbia Street.
