Selection of City Attorney Ordered that the Council do now proceed to elect a City Attorney in place of R.B. Albertsons resigned. Mr. S.H. Piles is hereby nominated and unanimously elected to the office of City Attorney of the City of Seattle.
The matter of securing additional council to collect delinquent street grade assessments and the compensation to be allowed, is referred to the Judiciary Commitment;
Ordered that the two new Athens Stream Fire Engines be accepted by the City.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn until Monday December 30th A.D. 1889 at 730 P.M. Attest C.W. Ferris Clerk Approved Robert Moran Mayor
