The City of Seattle Board of Public Works George F Meacham Seattle Washington Nov 13 1894 To the Honorable?Body of Public Works of the City of Seattle Your Petitioner resepctfully represents that he is the owner of the dwelling houses situated on Lots 1 & 2 Block 21 of Pontius Addition to the City of Seattle being on Fifth Street between Albert and Howard Streets, that he desires to connect the said dwellings with the City water system He therefore prays that a water main be laid on said Fifth Street in front of said dwellings.
