MARCH 3rd Month 1945

11 Sun-4th in Lent Mid-Lent Quite a nice
day. Went to S. School in morning. A. Winnie ill
so took primary. Went to S. School again in
afternoon. Bruce came over from hospital in
afternoon and evening. We all went to Chapel,
also Geo Phang. Afternoon we all went in
the Humphrey's for supper.

12 Mon Lovely day. Did not go to school
as did not feel well. Stayed in bed in
morning. Gordon came to see me. Helped
Mummy in afternoon. Dave came in evening.
We had a party. Bill, Ted, Betty, [Per]
Slim, Joy Humphrey, Gordon came
Had a good time.

13 Tues Gorgeous day. ?Bruce
came from hospital for the day. Continued
doing dogfish in biology. Did nothing
in free lesson. Came home in afternoon
and did homework. Took Kim for a
walk. Messed about in evening. Went to
bed early.

14 Wed- New Moon 3.51 a.m.
Lovely day.
Finished purse all but fasteners in
art. Had records in singing and then
had netball. Went for a long walk in
dinner hour. Went to Girls Brigade
in evening.
