1945 30 Days JUNE

7 Th Very warm day. Discussed
school affairs in current events. Spent all
free lessons looking for a poem in
library. Started disecting frogs in
biology. Had VIth form photo taken
after school. Drove tractor for Gordon
in evening. L.

8 Fri Very windy day. Have got some
time off to work on land. Cleared Janet's
bedroom in morning and picked some
strawberries. Drove tractor for Gordon in
afternoon and in evening. Washed my
hair later in evening. Q. late to bed. L.

9 Sat Very windy day. Helped
Mummy all the morning.
Did potatoes and picked several pounds
of strawberries. Had a bath and a
practise in afternoon. Went for a
long walk with Gordon in evening.
Janet went to sick bay and came
home very late.
