JULY 7th Month 1945

Showery cold day
1 Sun-5th after Trinity
Dominion Day (Canada) Was sick in
morning so did not go to S. School. Gordon
preached at Sutton. Had a practise in
afternoon and went for a walk with Gordon
He left for Brighton after tea. Went to
Chapel in evening. Judy came with us. Went in
to Miss Vye's for supper.

2 Mon-Moon's last quarter 6.13 p.m.
Cold showery day. Still disecting arteries
of frog in biology. Revised in free lesson.
Did some more of my farmyard frieze
in art and did not have a music lesson
as Miss Cooper did not come. Revised biology
in evening and cut lawn.

3 Tues Quite a nice day. Still
doing arteries of frog in biology. Went
swimming & it was rather cold. Had
a practical biology exam all the
afternoon. I did most things wrong.
Judy & Bill came in evening. Did
some revision & drove tractor.

Cloudy day
4 Wed-Independence Day, U.S.A.
Still doing frieze in art. Had
quite a nice singing lesson.
Came home in afternoon as
did not have any lessons. Helped
Mummy & did some revision.
