1945 30 Days SEPTEMBER
13 Th Still very close. Only had
two lessons. Singing and
scripture. We are doing New Testament.
Rained during day. Had a long
practise on the piano in
evening. Also read my
library book.

14 Fri -- Moon's first quarter 5.38 p.m
Wet day. Had free lessons until
break. Applied to Homerton college.
Did all notes in history and played
team games in afternoon. Did
some H.W and wrote a long letter
to Gordon in evening.

15 Sat Quite a cold day
Helped Mummy all
the morning. did veges and cleaned
up. Didn't get finished work
until nearly tea time. Judy
came to stay for the weekend.
Had a practise and read in
evening.
