1934 GB + Mr Ford to a short trip this PM had fair trade showing tonight warmer 10:15 to bed
1935 The siren blew last night at 12 Grace thought it Geo's shop on fire and he was just puting on coal Grace went over to Bakers to [?] fire go and [?] and Mrs Baker died from fright
1936 Geo Beech shoveled off roof not much snow there Vary cold sunshines most thoseh laid off back
1937 rained in late eve and high wind this AM heavy snow. The trees and shrubbery look beautiful

Lovely day FEBURARY 23 like spring 1933 GB + Ford went at 8 AM had good luck considering the times got me some shoes for work. I cleaned cellar + used black: also mended
1934 colder today + wind + light snow like March GB got order by mail from Minoa for vanilla
1935 Worked 8 hrs at factory tired tonight GB gave $2.00 for flowers for Mrs Baker I paid him when I came
1936 Lonely day some warmer Home all day day Charles was over about three hours

FEBURARY 24 cold wind today [some of time] shine 1933 Washed did not get up very early Lena was up this AM Mrs Kneffely also was in. 9:30 gone to bed
1934 Very cold + windy some warmer tonight. GB was down st this AM. I listened to radio tonight heard Byrd again
1935 Mary came up this PM about three untill then I had been busy nice Bright day
1936 Have not been out today Mrs Benson + Mrs [Southerill] called. Today I have felt blue. I am afraid I wont get called back

FEBURARY 25 1933 snowed all day + rather deep saw runners tonight did usual cleaning. GB made vanilla It takes most of his time to chop + see furnace
1934 Sun snown some today Mrs Baker over this PM Listened to radio this eve 11:45 to bed
1935 GB and Lena and I went to Mrs Bakers funeral this PM then we went back to work as they wanted us to Raining hard tonight
1936 Home all day warmer made over old white skirt Went to Reeses tonight
1937 Mrs Gaw + Ellen up this eve cotton plant to start up to make chests

FEBURARY 26 1933 Most snow we have had and blizzard all day. Helped GB shovel this AM + did a big ironing + looked at paper
1934 snowed all day real deep colder tonight. GB had letter from Will. He has to take trip South Wind blows 10:45 PM
1935 Will was here when I got home at noon I hustled to get lunch and at night I got supper + had to go back at six. He left at six I did not have any thing [?] cooked on
1936 Rain today I was suck did not get up untill 3:30 PM no one been in today feel some better. It is now 10:30
1937 $10.77 Colder but bright
