JANUARY 25 no snow Nice day rather cold but not bad 1933 GB came home from Syracuse tonight seems to feel good. I overslept did not get up untill 7:40 but got to work on time

1934 eight were laid off tonight Fri and they say we go in a day or two very slippery fell down this noon Mr [Cuters] Nash is dead
1935 Worked all day home tired tonight much colder tonight 10:45 to bed
1936 Went to Marion Lambs to dinner. Her birthday 36 yrs came home about seven cold but a lovely day
