April 23 Mondday Morning a pleasant and warm morning
24 I dream of my beloved son last night he was pleasant, I stood
before the glass to tie his hankerchief as he used to do,
I felt hapy in his presence, but O how soon they vanish
here I brushed a tear from my eye, and acknowledged that
mercy pointed the dart, often I called my children to unite
with me in prayer for submission to the will of providence;
and never shall I forget, when we knelt before my
dear Maria remains, often Daniel thought of this and
remember it; thy will be done, and rendered thanks to
our heavenly father that we have two survived ones
I pray that there lives may be long and useful in the
world
This afternoon Mr Phinny call to see us and made
a fervent prayr for this family and for thy servent Mr I
My heart was melted in devotion to my god in sending
him here, the lord put it in his heart to come
