Parsons and organised by appointing David
H Huntting Chairman and Clerk

Agreed to regutate the stint of Montalk
for the year 1852 at the rate of six cattle
rights to one eighth or forty eight cattle
rights to one share

Appointed John T Dayton and David H Hunt-
ting to go on Montauk and confer with
the keeprs in relation to a new agreement
and also to examine the state of the
land generally and of the wood now
laid out and to advertise the wood
laid out for sale at their discretion

Adjourned to meet at
the house ot Thomas T Parsons on
Thursday the 19th Inst at 9 oclock AM
