Dear Sir Above see copy from copy description of real estate conveyed by Nathaniel Dominy to his brother Arthur Jan 12, 1871 which describes all the real estate which was known as the property of N Dominy at that time. I have copied description of the Homestead (where he lives) and also of the Commonage in full. The others are abbreviated as they would not interest you. I notice that this conveyance was made just about the time that he was wasting [Tysons] to his mothers money
