Saturday June 22nd 1822 All these 24 hours light winds and pleasant from N E to North. At 1 PM took ship to N West. Employed in sundrys. So ends. [John Hand?] Lat by obs 38"35 Long 35"20

Sunday June 23rd 1822 These 24 hours light winds and smooth weather from NW to West stear ENE and N East. At 4 PM spok the brig [Mars?] of London bound for Baltimore his long 32'28 at 1/2 past 4 got a Lunar obs long 32'28 ends with light winds and cloudy weather the Neptune in sight. Trying.
