Notes: This whaling log was donated to the Sag Harbor Historical Society anonymously. As part of the Sag Harbor Historical Society's conservation plan, they asked the Long Island Collection to scan this whaling log and make scans available through our Digital Long Island installation. The Long Island Collection retains scans of the logbook, but the original logbook was returned to the Sag Harbor Historical Society following scanning.
