Monroe County ss: On this 5 day of July
1862. before the undersigned duly
authorized by law to administer oaths personally ap
-peared Emeline Hinman and Jeremyah Page
residents of Penfield in Said county who being duly sworn
depose and say. that they were well acquainted with
the identical Columbus Page who was a private in Co
"H" 13th Regiment New York Volunteers in the existing Re war. and who died at Tortuga in January last.
-bellion
that the Said Columbus Page left him surviving the
following his only children to wit:
