deponent has remained and continued a widow and is
now a widow and is unmarried.
She makes this Declaration in order to obtain the
Pension to which She is entitled under the act of Con
-gress approved July 14th 1862

rant. that they were present and Saw the Said Lois
Page make her mark to the foregoing Declaration
and that they have every reason to believe from the ap
-pearance of the Said applicant and their acquaintance
