deponent has remained and continued a widow and is
now a widow and is unmarried.

She makes this Declaration in order to obtain the
Pension to which She is entitled under the act of Con
-gress approved July 14th 1862

16th day of July 1 1862. I also certify that I am not in


terested in the result of this case nor

and that they have every reason to believe from the ap
