My Dear Father
I have been very much
disappointed not to get a line
from you saying whether you
have got any of my letters. I
have written you at Lewisburg
Washington and Newburg. But
as you did not speak of having
heard from me in the Harris-
burg letter I fear you have got
none that I wrote and therefore
think me neglectful of my du-
ties. There is not much to write.
We are all well on the hill as
usual. You are expected here and
announced for the 28th so by
that I suppose [Mrs.?] Hallswells t
elegram reached you. I see
by a paper sent from Williams-
port that you [ ? ] the
