My dear friend

I have just finished reading your Sept. no. Colonization is the exponent of the negro-hatred, which fills & fires the base heart of this nation. And this negro-hatred is now reaching out & consummating our national union—

Our superlatively guilty nation must repent or perish—& I see very little prospect of its repenting—

The enclosed Dft. is to help sustain your excellent Monthly—

My health has been poor for 3 months—-

Yr. friend
