The Sec'y read a letter from
Mrs Eugenia B. Farmer, Coe. Sec. K. E. R. A.
giving dates determined upon for
the convention to be held in Lexing-
ton, November 19, 20, 21; and the basis
of representation, which, the Pres.
stated, entitles this Asso. to three
delegates. One delegate at large; one
for every 10 paying members, and
one delegate at large from each county
in which there is no auxiliary.
R.R. arrangements on the certifi-
cate plan charging one fare going
and one third returning. One pur-
chasing ticket to Lexington, request
ticket agent to issue a printed
certificate of purchase, which will
be countersigned by the Sec'y of the
Convention, certifying that the
holder has been in regular atten-
dance; and return ticket can be
processed at one third the regular fare.
Delegates were appointed, namely; -
Mrs M.M. Johnson, Mrs M.F. Rogers,
Mrs S.F. Saul, and Miss Hattie Johnson as
visitor.
A letter from Laura Clay was
read, requesting that Louisville report
what have of the advertising matter
it could provide for the new Kentucky edition
of Woman's Journal, to be issued after
the Convention, and to consist of reports
